Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

We will gladly accept a return of items that are in new condition with original tags within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be included, including the clear polybag that the item arrived in and the packaging box for waders. Returned items cannot be washed, worn, or altered. Any returned items that do not fit the above requirements may be sent back to you, and you may not be refunded.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of items purchased from other retailers. If you wish to return items that you purchased from a different retailer or website, please contact the original place of purchase.

Full-price merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the order date to receive a refund. A 5% restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount for all orders starting February 19, 2024. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. 

You must ship the original items back to us with any carrier and any service of your choice that has shipment tracking, or we can provide a prepaid return shipping label with the cost deducted from the refund amount after the restocking fee has been applied.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange any items you may either 1) start a return of your original order, and then order the new items; or 2) contact us to arrange for an exchange of your items. We recommend option 1 to ensure availability of your requested items and sizes.

In all circumstances, the original items must be returned in new condition with original tags within 30 days of the purchase date. Any and all included parts and accessories must be included, including the clear polybag that the item arrived in and the packaging box for waders. The items cannot be washed, worn, or altered. Any returned items that do not fit the above requirements may be sent back to you, and the refund or exchange may not be processed.

You must ship the original items back to us with any carrier and any service of your choice that has shipment tracking. Once we have received your original order and verified its condition and contents to be acceptable, we will ship your requested items for exchange.

If exchanging for a lower cost item, the difference minus a 2.5% restocking fee will be refunded. If exchanging for a higher cost item, you will be given a specialized order page to submit payment for the difference by credit card.
